“Although I’ve been a doodler for as long as I can remember, somehow I got sidetracked away from an arty career when I left school. Finally, in 2006, I quit my job as an editor of children's book to pursue my dream. Eight years on, here I am doing what I love! Some of the things I've worked on include The Beano (I was its first female artist), The Dandy, VIZ, MAD Magazine, TOXIC, The DFC, Moosekid Comics, Boom! Studios/Cartoon Network. I also visit schools and libraries - mostly in the Midlands - to teach cartooning techniques to kids and grown-ups.”
